Variation of Pranayam

The main feature of this pranayama is that the left and right nostrils are Breathing is done with or without holding the breath.

First of all, in any meditative posture take a seat.

Practice Method

First of all, in any meditative posture take a seat.

Keep the spine and head straight and Close your eyes.

Relax the body with a few deep breaths Do it Left palm on left knee in Gyan Mudra should be kept above.

The right palm should be in the nasal posture. The ring finger and little finger should be kept on the left nostril.

Middle finger And keep the index finger bent. right thumb on right nostril should keep.

Open the left nostril. Inhale through the left nostril. After that Close the left nostril with the little finger and ring finger. right Remove the thumb from the nostril and exhale from there (right nostril).

After that one should inhale once through the right nostril. At the end of exhalation close the right nostril, open the left nostril, and Exhale through this.

This whole process is one cycle of Nadi Shodhana or Anulom Vilom Pranayama.

This whole process should be repeated four times.
